Do I need to disconnect the appliance first?
Yes — please have appliances unplugged, and water/gas lines professionally disconnected before we arrive. We handle everything from there, including doors-off maneuvering when the fit is tight.
Can you take just one item, or is there a minimum?
Single items are welcome — a lot of our work is exactly one refrigerator or one sofa. The quote covers the pickup, the lifting, and the disposal fee in one number.
Are refrigerators disposed of properly?
Yes. Refrigerants must be recovered before a fridge or freezer is recycled, and we route them through facilities that do it right. It's included in the quoted price.
