A typical two-car garage cleanout runs two to four hours with our crew doing all the carrying. Whole-house estate cleanouts are usually one to three days depending on contents — we'll walk it first and give you a plan and a firm price.
Can you donate items instead of dumping them?
Yes, and we prefer to. Furniture, housewares, and clothing in usable condition go to donation partners, and we can provide receipts for the estate or your taxes.
Do we need to be there during the cleanout?
For the walkthrough and the sort decisions, yes. For the loading and hauling, most clients hand us the garage code and get on with their day — we send photos when the space is empty and swept.
